Privacy Policy

This policy describes what we collect on memeticgardens.com and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we don't sell it.

1. What we collect

• Ebook requests: your first name and email address.
• Webinar registrations and applications: your name, email, phone number, your answers about your brand, and the page and advertisement you arrived from.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message.
• Purchases: handled by Whop, which collects your payment details directly. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and the amount, never your card number.
• Technical basics: our hosting and video providers log standard request data (IP address, browser type) to serve the site.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the ebook and related emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
• To review applications and prepare for calls you book with us.
• To respond when you contact us.

3. Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers to run the site and the program: Netlify (hosting, forms, and our registration records), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Zoom (live webinars), Whop (payments, memberships, and the member community), Meta, TikTok, and OpenAI (advertising measurement), Vidalytics (video hosting and playback analytics), and GoDaddy (domain). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use advertising measurement pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, OpenAI (ChatGPT ads), and Whop to measure how our advertising performs. They set cookies and collect standard information such as the pages you visit on this site, the actions you take (for example registering for a webinar, requesting the ebook, or completing a purchase), and technical data like your browser and IP address. Each provider receives that information and may combine it with your account data on its own platform, as described in its own privacy policy. We also send the same events to these providers from our server, using a hashed (one-way encoded) form of your email or phone number so the provider can match the event to an ad you saw. We use this to understand which ads bring people here and to show relevant ads to people who have visited. You can limit this through your browser's cookie controls and through the ad preferences in your Meta, TikTok, and OpenAI account settings. We do not use any other analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep form submissions and list subscriptions until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can email eli@memeticgardens.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number in one of our forms, we may send you text messages about the things you signed up for: webinar registration confirmations and reminders, appointment and booking reminders, and occasional promotional updates such as replay links. Message frequency varies and is typically 1 to 5 messages around an event you registered for. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
